Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy with goods purchased and will accept returns within seven days of delivery providing the items have not been used and are returned in re-saleable condition. Send us an e-mail stating your reasons for return and we will try to resolve the difficulty. A refund credit will be issued only if the goods are returned for inspection adhering to the above conditions. Please note that unless we have delivered an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged then the original carriage fee is non-refundable. As our frames are made from reclaimed whisky barrels each frame will have its own unique characteristics so might differ slightly from the samples on the website.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is two to three weeks. Each frame is handmade to order however if you require more urgent delivery please contact us to discuss.
